2. Nature of the Service
ZOYALINK is a social media platform for sharing stories, images, and videos, with a rewards program in the form of account balances based on valid views. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”.
ZOYALINK does not guarantee that the Service will always be available, or free of errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities, nor that all features will remain available unchanged. ZOYALINK may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Service, including its main features and programs such as the Creator Program and the Referral Program, at any time, with or without prior notice. Users may not bring any claim against ZOYALINK for such changes, suspension, or discontinuation, including for loss of future potential earnings, rewards, or bonuses.
3. Personal Data & Account Security
The handling of personal data is described in full in our Privacy Policy. In summary, ZOYALINK does not request sensitive identity documents, such as national ID cards, passports, driver's licenses, family cards, or selfies with identity documents, and does not request financial information unrelated to the Service.
Data Needed to Operate the Service
Account creation: an active email address and a username.
Balance payouts: the account holder's name, bank account or e-wallet phone number, or PayPal/Skrill email address, depending on the payout method you choose. This data is entered and used personally by each user, solely for processing payouts from the Creator Program.
User responsibility for accounts. Users are fully responsible for keeping their passwords and verification codes confidential, and for all activity that occurs through their accounts. ZOYALINK is not liable for losses resulting from a user's failure to secure their account, including sharing a password or verification code with others.
4. Scam Warning & External Parties
Beware of Parties Impersonating ZOYALINK
Official ZOYALINK services are available only through the domain https://zoyalink.com, the official ZOYALINK app, and the official email addresses listed on this page.
ZOYALINK never asks for money, deposits, or fees of any kind for registration, account activation, unblocking or lifting an account suspension, view boosters, or balance payouts.
ZOYALINK does not request sensitive identity documents such as national ID cards, passports, or driver's licenses.
ZOYALINK does not run prize draws, giveaways, or similar activities outside the ZOYALINK platform.
ZOYALINK does not appoint individual intermediaries to add balance, views, or reach to accounts.
ZOYALINK staff will never ask for your password or verification codes through any channel.
ZOYALINK is not responsible for any scams, losses, transactions, or instructions from any party claiming to represent ZOYALINK via social media, messaging apps (such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), forums, or other channels outside the official channels above. Any interaction or transaction with such parties is at the user's own risk and responsibility.
If you come across a party suspected of misusing the ZOYALINK name, please report it promptly to [email protected] and, where appropriate, to the competent authorities.
5. User Content Responsibility
Stories, images, videos, comments, and other materials published on the Service are user-generated content for which the uploading user is fully responsible. Views or statements in user content do not reflect the position or opinion of ZOYALINK.
ZOYALINK does not review every item of content before it is published. Moderation takes place after publication, based on user reports and our review in accordance with the Content Policy and applicable law. ZOYALINK does not guarantee the accuracy, legality, or suitability of user content and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for losses or disputes arising from content uploaded by users. All uploaded content is solely the personal responsibility of each user. ZOYALINK is not responsible if any content violates the law and leads to legal proceedings under national or international law; all legal consequences are borne by the user who uploaded it.

6. Creator Program & Earnings
Balances are calculated based on accumulated valid views as set out in the Creator Program and the Content Policy. By using the Creator Program, users understand and agree that:
ZOYALINK does not guarantee any specific amount of earnings. Balances depend on genuine performance and interaction with content, and on the program terms in force.
View counts and balances displayed are estimates and may be adjusted after review.
The Creator Program is not an employment, partnership, agency relationship, or guarantee of income between the user and ZOYALINK.
ZOYALINK may change program terms, rates, or calculation mechanisms, and may discontinue main programs, including the Creator Program and the Referral Program, at any time with or without prior notice. Users may not bring any claim against ZOYALINK for such changes or discontinuation, including for future potential earnings, rewards, or bonuses.
Balances may be reduced, withheld, or cancelled where violations are found, including view manipulation, use of bots, or breaches of the Terms of Service and Content Policy.
Where a user's account or post is deemed to violate platform policies and the Content Policy, ZOYALINK may withhold, reduce, or cancel that user's earnings. Such action is an exercise of ZOYALINK's rights under terms the user has agreed to and does not constitute fraud or any unlawful act.
7. Payouts & Taxes
ZOYALINK may withhold, delay, or cancel payouts during review, or where there are indications of fraud or breach of the terms.
Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the bank, e-wallet, or payment account details they provide. ZOYALINK is not liable for losses caused by incorrect details entered by users.
Delays, fees, deductions, or exchange rate differences caused by banks, e-wallet providers, or third-party payment providers are outside ZOYALINK's control.
Users are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from income they receive, in accordance with applicable law.
8. Third-Party External Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services, including links shared by users. The content, security, availability, and privacy practices of those external sites are not the responsibility of ZOYALINK, and ZOYALINK does not control, verify, or endorse them.
ZOYALINK only helps provide a confirmation page when a user is redirected to a site outside ZOYALINK. The decision to continue to the external site or to cancel rests entirely with the user. By choosing to continue, the user confirms that they understand and accept all risks and are fully responsible for any resulting consequences.
9. General Information
Information on the Service, including user content and ZOYALINK information pages, is provided for general purposes and does not constitute legal, medical, financial, investment, or other professional advice. Users are advised to consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on such information.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZOYALINK, together with its officers, managers, and affiliates, is not liable for:
direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or reputation, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service;
loss of data, reduced reach, or balance adjustments resulting from a user's breach of the terms;
losses caused by the acts of third parties, including fraud, impersonation, or content from others;
losses arising from the use of third-party services or links.
Where ZOYALINK is found liable for any loss, such liability is, to the extent permitted by law, limited to the user's valid balance that had met payout requirements at the time the loss occurred.
The above does not remove user rights that cannot be waived under applicable law, and does not limit ZOYALINK's liability for matters that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnification by Users
Users agree to indemnify and hold ZOYALINK harmless from any claims, demands, losses, and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from content uploaded by the user, the user's breach of the terms of the Service or of third-party rights, or the user's misuse of their account.
12. Force Majeure
ZOYALINK is not liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, power or internet outages, infrastructure provider failures, cyberattacks, government actions, or other events of force majeure.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will first be sought to be resolved amicably through consultation. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be resolved through the competent courts in Indonesia in accordance with applicable law.
14. General Provisions & Changes
Severability: if any provision of this Disclaimer is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
No waiver: ZOYALINK's failure to enforce any provision does not waive its right to enforce it later.
Changes: ZOYALINK may update this Disclaimer from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page together with its effective date. By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
